Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Title22 (title22.app), a documentation and compliance tool for California residential care facilities, operated by RunP8 LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Title22 provides tools for facility documentation: staff and certification records, resident records, medication administration records, incident reports, daily care logs, compliance checklists, training tracking, and AI-assisted summaries of the records you enter.

2. AI features

The AI assistant and daily briefing generate summaries and informational guidance based on the records in your account. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal, medical, or regulatory advice. The AI does not make care decisions and does not provide guidance on medication dosages. Verify important information against the regulations and your licensing agency's requirements.

3. Your account and responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the records your facility enters, and for having the authority and any consents required to enter information about residents and staff.
• You control team access through roles; assign them appropriately.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other facilities' data, or interfere with the Service's operation.

4. Your data

Your facility's records belong to your facility. We store and process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request an export of your data at any time.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• The Service offers a free trial, after which continued use requires a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in the app. Cancellation stops future charges; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintain your own copies of documents you are required to keep under your license — the Service supplements, and does not replace, your facility's record-keeping obligations.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, medical, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunP8 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or licensure, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination you may request an export of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post updates here with a new effective date and notify account holders by email of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California.
