By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a residential care facility or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Title22 provides facility documentation, operational workflows, and regulatory compliance assistance tools designed for California residential care facilities. The Service includes software interfaces, data storage, and automated assistive features.
You must ensure all account registration information is accurate and kept up to date. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account and for any actions taken under your account password.
You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. You retain ownership of all documents, compliance entries, and facility records you submit to the platform. You grant EC Rental Property Management LLC a limited license to host, back up, and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. Billing is processed securely through our third-party payment vendor, Stripe. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal billing cycle.
You may cancel your account at any time. EC Rental Property Management LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform with prior notice if you violate these terms or fail to pay subscription balances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
