Title22 ("we," "us") is a facility documentation and compliance tool for California residential care facilities, operated by RunP8 LLC, based in Fresno, California. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using title22.app (the "Service"), you agree to this policy.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form), or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
Facility records you enter. The Service exists to store the documentation you create: facility details, staff records and certification dates, resident records, medication documentation (MAR), incident reports, daily care logs, compliance checklists, and training records. You and your facility control what is entered.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Usage and technical data. We collect basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as login timestamps and error logs.
Your facility enters and controls records about its residents and staff. Your facility is responsible for having the authority to enter that information and for complying with laws that apply to it, including California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) where applicable. We act as a service provider that stores and processes this information on your facility's behalf and does not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.
Data is stored in cloud infrastructure (Supabase/PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each facility's records are isolated and accessible only to authenticated members of that facility. Access within your facility is controlled by the roles you assign (administrator, supervisor, caregiver, read-only). Data is encrypted in transit.
We use a small set of providers to run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
Your records remain in your account while it is active. If you cancel, your data is retained so you can return or request an export. You may request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law. Note that California regulations require facilities to retain certain records for specified periods — export your data before requesting deletion if you need it for licensing purposes.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
The Service is for use by adults operating licensed care facilities and is not directed to children under 18.
We may update this policy. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email.
